How do I purchase online?
|
1) You must log in
2) Find an item from our collection that you would like to purchase
3) Press VIEW DETAILS to view the extened information about the item
4) Enter the quantity you would like to purchase in the QUANTITY text box
5) Press the ADD TO CART button
6) The item you have chose should now have been entered in the shopping cart, and to the left of screen you should now see ITEMS WAITING under the shopping cart menu
7) You can continue the procedure above to enter mulitple items into your shopping cart
8) To view or remove items in your shopping cart press the ITEMS WAITING link to the left of screen
9) You can remove any of the items by pressing the REMOVE link to the right of any of your listed items
10) To proceed to check out press the ORDER button at the bottom of the shopping cart
11) You can enter the delivery details for the order
12) Select the payment method you require from the PAYMENT DETAILS section (Please note that credit card details must be given to Viktoria Luise via fax or phone)
13) Once all details are entered correctly press the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
9) Your order has now been placed and you will receive a receipt number that we suggest you keep for your records.

Payment terms
|
- Viktoria Luise will accept payment by cheque, money order, Visa / Master card and
electronic transfer.
- All payments must be received and cleared prior to items being released and sent.
|

Returns and refunds
|
- Defective items will be replaced and shipped free of charge for the same item that was originally purchased.
- If the item cannot be replaced a credit note or a refund will be offered.
- Customers wishing to return defective goods must do so within seven (7) days of their receipt and all returns must be approved by Viktoria Luise in advance.
- Viktoria Luise will not carry any liability for products which have been damaged as a result of abuse or misuse.

- Our listed prices are net and will incur a 10% GST.
- Freight will be charged in addition to our quoted prices.
- Every effort is made to maintain a consistent price however please be aware that prices may vary due to circumstances beyond our
control. Any errors or omissions will be charged at the corrected prices.
